The separate b2c-cz.tiens.com environment may use additional technical identifiers necessary for login, the basket and ordering; its live cookie centre and related information should always correspond to the technologies actually deployed.

6. Third-party providers and transfers
The website publicly loads components of the Bitrix/Bitrix24 platform, TIENS global CRM and form infrastructure, and Weglot translation services. When their functions are used, these providers may process technical data such as IP address and information about the device, request, language and security.
Where processing includes a transfer outside the EEA, we use a mechanism permitted by the GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses and, where necessary, supplementary measures. Further information about personal-data processing is provided in the Privacy Notice.
Links to Facebook, Instagram or other external websites do not by themselves mean that their cookies are stored on the TIENS website. After you follow a link to an external website, that website operator’s policies apply.
7. Browser settings
You may also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This does not replace consent required on the website, and blocking strictly necessary cookies may restrict login, the basket, forms or other functions. First withdraw previously given consent in the website’s Cookie settings; you may then also delete stored data in your browser.

We update this overview when technologies, providers, purposes or storage periods change materially. The effective date and version are stated in the document heading. If a purpose or range of providers changes in a way that is significant for consent, we will request a new choice.
